The Board is responsible not only for today’s charitable decisions, but for preserving the Foundation’s mission, resources, and ability to serve future generations.

How the board operates

Independent, accountable, and unpaid.

Leadership

The Foundation files an annual Form 990-PF and is registered with the California Attorney General’s Registry of Charitable Trusts.

Board responsibility
